The Glute Press is a great way to sculpt that booty!
To perfect this move, place your hands on the front platform handles closest to the mirror + place the heel of the primary foot on the edge of the carriage with leg bent at 90 degrees. Place the foot of the secondary leg in the well with the knee slightly bent. On the exhale, drive through the heel and extend the primary leg straight + on the inhale return the leg to 90 degrees. Make sure to keep your core engaged, back flat + shoulders away from the ears while keeping your wrists neutral.
