Mega Move Spotlight
The Super Lunge

This MegaMove has us feeling all kinds of strong! The Super Lunge works the hamstrings, glutes, quads, core, arms + back. 

To perfect this move, begin by kneeling on the carriage with the long black cables facing the back. Place the front foot underneath the back carriage strap while the back knee is down on the carriage. Toes of the back foot are placed at the front carriage pocket.  
Exhale: Press the front foot into the carriage and straighten both legs while pulling the black handles toward the body on the way to standing. Engage the glutes and hamstrings in the back of the front leg.
Inhale: Bend both of the legs, dropping the body back down towards the carriage and the back knee towards the carriage.  Arms straighten while lowering towards the carriage and should be almost straight at the bottom of the movement. The Super Lung can be extended by adding isometric holds and will definitely make you feel the burn!

Cancellation Policy:
 Reservations may be cancelled online or using our app. You can also email info@hsmcore.com. We require 3 hours notice to cancel a class reservation. There will be no charge for cancellations made on time.  Late cancellations or not showing up to class will result in a $19 charge to your credit card on file or a single class deduction from your counted class package.
The Waitlist: You are responsible for being aware of which waitlists you are on. You can get into the class up to 3 hours prior to class start time. You may receive an email and/or text message if you have opted-in for those notifications. Otherwise, you can check the classes you are booked for on the app or online to see if you are in. If you know you will not be able to attend the class if you make it in, it is best practice to remove yourself from the waitlist prior to 3 hours before the class, just like you would cancel a class. Once you have been added to class, our 3 hour cancellation policy will apply.
