This MegaMove has us feeling all kinds of strong! The Super Lunge works the hamstrings, glutes, quads, core, arms + back.
To perfect this move, begin by kneeling on the carriage with the long black cables facing the back. Place the front foot underneath the back carriage strap while the back knee is down on the carriage. Toes of the back foot are placed at the front carriage pocket.
Exhale: Press the front foot into the carriage and straighten both legs while pulling the black handles toward the body on the way to standing. Engage the glutes and hamstrings in the back of the front leg.
Inhale: Bend both of the legs, dropping the body back down towards the carriage and the back knee towards the carriage. Arms straighten while lowering towards the carriage and should be almost straight at the bottom of the movement. The Super Lung can be extended by adding isometric holds and will definitely make you feel the burn!
