To perfect this move, stand on the back platform while facing the side. Place one foot on the back platform and place the other foot on the carriage. Shifting your weight to the foot on the back platform, keep the carriage leg straight, and sit into a squat position by bending the knee of the foot on the back platform. Draw the hips back while keeping the knees behind the toes. Slowly return to your starting position, using the hamstring, glute and quad and drive through the heel of the platform foot.
Keep the leg on the carriage stationary.
