Did you overindulge during vacation or over the long holiday weekend?
No worries...we have some
tried-and-true tricks for getting back on track.
Hydrate: Drink plenty of H2O (+ stay away from fizz)! Your body retains water when it is dehydrated, so drinking enough water will actually reduce that retention and flush your system to decrease puffiness and bloating. Pro Tip: Try flavoring your water with lemon, cucumber or herbs to keep it fresh!
Replenish: Make our Beat the Bloat Smoothie. Filled with probiotics and soothing ginger root, this delicious (+ nutritious) frozen treat will help flatten your midsection with ease.
Sweat: Obviously -- and you should have no problem with that if you're working out with us! Get your heart rate up and your muscles quivering to feel stronger, more toned and more energetic.
Roasted Salmon With Kale + Quinoa Salad
This protein packed salmon dish is the perfect pick me up after that Mega-workout! The best part? It only takes about 15 minutes to prepare!

Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled online or using our app. You can also email firstname.lastname@example.org. We require 3 hours notice to cancel a class reservation. There will be no charge for cancellations made on time. Late cancellations or not showing up to class will result in a $19 charge to your credit card on file or a single class deduction from your counted class package. The Waitlist: You are responsible for being aware of which waitlists you are on. You can get into the class up to 3 hours prior to class start time. You may receive an email and/or text message if you have opted-in for those notifications. Otherwise, you can check the classes you are booked for on the app or online to see if you are in. If you know you will not be able to attend the class if you make it in, it is best practice to remove yourself from the waitlist prior to 3 hours before the class, just like you would cancel a class. Once you have been added to class, our 3 hour cancellation policy will apply.
