Originally from Washington DC, and a former Washington Redskins Cheerleader, Cyndi has been teaching group fitness for over 20 years. She started with Step Classes and quickly branched out to other classes such as Body Pump, Kickboxing, Cycle and Water Aerobics. She has earned impressive certifications including ACE, Group Exercise and completed 200 Hours of RYT Yoga Training.
Cyndi has been an avid fan of the megaformer since her first class at HSM | Core four years ago and is thrilled to be able to bring her passion for teaching and coaching to one of her favorite workouts. When she's not teaching or working out herself, Cyndi can be found in the kitchen! She is a self proclaimed chef and loves making delicious meals for family and friends.
