The Tailbone Angel is the perfect exercise to work the chest + sculpt those shoulders while engaging the abdominals.
Start by sitting on the carriage facing the back with the black cables in hand. Balance on the tailbone with knees bent and torso angled back while engaging the abdominals. Keep the arms straight and extended towards the front.
On the Inhale, open the arms with a slight bend in your elbows to the side and extend the legs. On the exhale, return to the starting position using the abdominals + squeezing the chest while maintaining tension on the cables. Hands return back to the front of the body as the knees bend and heels hover over the carriage.
