17 February 2021 - Issue #78

On 28 January it was Global Community Engagement Day. To celebrate the occasion, show our appreciation and to give more voice to our growing community, we enacted a call for active projects which encapsulate the spirit of collaboration and community.  We hope that the projects featured in this edition of our newsletter give you inspiration and ideas!  For further guidance along any step of the way during your project (ideation, financing, procurement, etc.), please do not hesitate to reach out.

In addition to the projects from our community, we also feature a blog post packed with great resources related to hydrogen, opportunities and events for networking, financing and knowledge exchange, as well as our platform spotlight welcoming our new members to our growing community.  Enjoy!

The data platform and interactive app is constructed from active community participation with over 100 participants in the survey.

Book cover - Rethinking mobility poverty - understanding users# geographies backgrounds and aptitudes

European Passenger Federation
As a follow-up to the HiReach project, the project team has published a book - Re-thinking Mobility Poverty – Understanding Users’ Geographies, Backgrounds and Aptitudes!

The book seeks to better conceptualise and define mobility poverty, addressing both its geographies and socio-economic landscapes. It moves beyond the analysis of ‘transport poverty’ and innovatively explores mobility inequalities and social construction of mobility disadvantages.
