INFORMATION FOR HIRING MANAGERS AND RECRUITERS
We are delighted to release the self-paced online learning material. The training consists of a number of concise and targeted modules with a duration of 2-7 minutes each taking less than 2 hours to complete in total.

Click on the picture below or this link to access the training.

*Please use Google Chrome for a smooth user experience.

Please take the entire module so you can better understand how recruiters, hiring managers, evaluators and collaborators approach the process via Taleo. As we are making these modules available 25 days prior to the official release, we highly recommend you take them at least twice in the next weeks.
SUPPORT FOR PARTICIPATING STATES
Participating States, Ministries of Foreign Affairs and secondment agencies will receive access to a training module to support them in assessing, rejecting and making nominations of applicants for international seconded positions. More information will come soon.
THE TRANSITION TO TALEO
The full transition process to the new recruitment platform will run between May and September 2021 and follows a number of steps.

From 01 June onwards, Taleo will become the only platform for new OSCE vacanciesOnly critical vacancies will be issued in the month of May. All these vacancies should be completed by mid September as iRecruitment will no longer be supported by Oracle.

The current platform (iRecruitment) will continue to be utilized until September for vacancies published before 01 June. Please note that iRecruitment will be de-comissioned as planned in Q3.
Here is what you have to know for a smooth transition in May.
Please find a summary of key points to consider in planning recruitment activities:
  • Taleo will be the only recruitment platform for new vacancies starting Tuesday, 1st June 2021
  • iRecruitment will no longer be available in Q3
  • Only critical vacancies should be issued in May on iRecruitment, and these must be finalized by 15th September 2021
TEAMWORK IS THE KEY

Teamwork is an essential element in the delivery of the Taleo project. Throughout the last months colleagues from the Department of Human Resources together with ICT and 45 HR colleagues from across the executive structures have worked with the vendor to design, develop, validate and test the Taleo system. Thanks to all of you who contributed to the process.

Special thanks to Bettina Kehr (Talent Development Unit) who produced the Taleo modules in record time to meet the tight deadlines and demands of the project.

TIMING - CALL FOR ACTION
Should you have any questions concerning Taleo, please do not hesitate to contact us anytime. We are looking forward to getting back to you with more information and the latest developments soon.

During the transition time, the Talent Acquisition Newsletter will not be issued so we can focus on the Taleo project.

Kindest regards,

Department of Human Resources
