Fortunately, they had already implemented the CX analytics platform Qualtrics XM; however, adoption by key business units was slow, and other challenges prevented them from unlocking the technology’s full potential. RevGen stepped in to help manage their journey and uncover immediate returns.
This month RevGenerosity came together with employees and their families to volunteer and celebrate our community by giving back. Through our community partner, the DPS Foundation, we were connected with Garden Place Academy as their annual corporate partner. We spent a joyful morning assembling donated items into care packages to ensure Garden Place’s students stay warm and healthy this winter, and hopefully inspiring the next generation of volunteers.
