I would like to reassure all our Residents of the current security status on the Estate as of today, Friday 27th March.
All our security personnel reported for duty and are in good spirits. Our full security compliment will be working during lockdown. Our Security Management Team, including Head of Security, will be on duty and on-site during the lockdown. We have the full support of our Technical Team for all reactive maintenance related issues.
Gates 1, 2 and 4 are now closed and cannot be used.
The visitor SMS access system for both Estates has now been shut down.
Thank you for your support and I am happy to report that movement on the Estate is quiet - this is appreciated.
We have received newspapers that can be collected at Gate 5 for Estate 2 Residents and Gate 2 for Estate 1 Residents.
Residents will be contacted when their medical or grocery deliveries have arrived. We ask you to please be patient and wait for security to call you when these deliveries arrive. We are inundated with calls.
We are aware of the water leak reported this morning at 2 Utica Valley and the burst pipe at South Port Place. Metro have been notified and a reference number provided.
