Property owners and developers can have a better financing mechanism to meet the new resiliency standards in Norfolk, if C-PACE is approved. Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) is a financing mechanism that benefits energy efficiency developments for new construction and renovation.  

Join Viridiant, Virginia Energy Efficiency Council, and the Hampton Roads Chamber on February 28th to hear the benefits of C-PACE for Hampton Roads area. Featured speakers and guests will review available options, discuss the needs of the Hampton Roads area, and outline next steps in moving C-PACE legislation forward. Lunch will be provided.
