Berthoud - Come Grow With Us

A Message from Chris Kirk – Town Administrator

Berthoud is open for business. More than just a slogan, the Town of Berthoud takes this seriously and has recently implemented process and policies to reflect our desire to retain and attract businesses of nearly every kind. Our permitting process has been streamlined and coordinated with public works, planning and business development.  Many of our available sites require only administrative approvals and with our weekly technical review meetings we are able to answer most questions posed by an expanding business in one setting, saving the company valuable time and money. Berthoud’s strategic location, quaint downtown and updated policies have made the town the fastest growing community on the Front Range from 2010 to 2017. We’re not resting on our successes however. Instead, we’re moving forward with plans to enhance our position as a great place to live and work.

Contact our Business Development Department to learn more about what we’re doing to enhance Berthoud’s location advantages. Give us a look. I can assure you, you will not be disappointed.

Town Administrator
