Mr. Mennella was previously Managing Director and Head of Lincoln International LLC's global chemicals and materials practice. He also spent nine years at Lazard in New York and Frankfurt and has held senior roles within M&A throughout his career, including as Head of US M&A at Deutsche Bank and Head of Chemical M&A at JPMorgan Chase. Mr. Mennella is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and a Board Member of the Société de Chimie Industrielle.


Nicolas Lafont, Partner, McDermott Will & Emery AARPI, Paris.
Mr Lafont focuses his practice on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint-venture transactions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate and commercial representation. He has led transactions in a wide range of sectors, including energy, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, software, technology, the automotive industry, chemicals and manufacturing. Jim Rosener, Partner, Troutman Pepper, New York.
Mr. Rosner  focuses his practice on domestic and international transactions and corporate finance. He advises private equity funds and corporations pursuing growth in the U.S. and throughout the world, including Europe, Latin America, and Asia. His clients are involved in a variety of sectors and subsectors such as fintech, software, software-enabled services, health care and life sciences, business services, industrial, and manufacturing.
Adrianne Shapira, Managing Director - Brands, Eurazeo.
Ms. Shapira leads the Brands North America effort, the firm’s fifth investment division focused on high growth consumer and retail brands. She brings extensive consumer/retail industry experience with over 20 years in finance and operating roles as well as various private and public Board seats. Adrianne spent over 13 years at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director in Equities Research covering the Broadlines Retail Sector ranging from luxury brands, accessible department stores and mass big box retailers. She was more recently the CFO at David Yurman, a privately-held, luxury jewelry brand with a global omni-channel reach. Adrianne currently serves on the Boards of Kohl’s Department Stores, Nest New York and Herschel Supply Company as well as the non-for-profit organization, Youth INC.
